Beautiful atmosphere. Filtered water (rare in a restaurant!). All vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options. So accommodating! They even re-made a dish that was too spicy. My friend and I hadn’t seen each other for a while, so we were still talking and catching up after we finished eating, and they were totally fine with us being there. I’ll definitely be back!

Tried the North Indian thali at Suprabhat today and honestly it was surprisingly good. Everything tasted fresh and balanced instead of overly oily like many places. The dal and paneer were solid, rice quality was good, and even the small sides were properly made. Service was quick even though the place was busy and the ambience felt clean and comfortable for families. Definitely one of the better vegetarian Indian spots we’ve tried in Austin.

Tried Suprabhat in Austin and came away seriously impressed with both the food quality and authentic South Indian flavors. The masala tea was warm, aromatic, and comforting.. the perfect start of the day We ordered three different dosas.. the Benne Dosa was rich and buttery with a perfectly soft but not soggy texture, the Mysore Dosa had a flavorful chutney spread that added a great kick, and the Rava Dosa stood out for its light, crispy, lace-like crunch. The Gobi Manchurian was another highlight, crispy on the outside and tossed in Indo-Chinese sauce that had a bit more sweetness than spice. Overall, Suprabhat delivers authentic vegetarian comfort food with great taste, generous portions for the price, and a satisfying dining experience..

Ordered 1plate idli, asked if it's fresh and also not hot! It was warmedup. Not hot. I was told it's fresh. We just made it. 2nd I ordered idli vada combo , i cant even touch the idli, it's that hot, and I feel it , it was fresh! So yeah.. forst one wasnt! We ordered Vadapav, served with no chilli. Food is good. May come back here considering they do serve fresh, you just have to ask em!!! :( Service is poor - No Greeting! Avg service. I have to walk to the desk to ask for orders.

This was my first experience at Suprabhat and I expect to have many more. I was waiting outside for my friends to join me and a gentleman from the restaurant came out to invite me to wait inside. That warm invitation brought me into a colorful room full of enticing aromas. My friends joined me shortly after I was seated and service was prompt. We were there for lunch. They have an extensive menu which was a little overwhelming, but the staff were patient with us and happy to answer questions. With so much to try I went for the special that included samplings of North and South Indian dishes. Our little group was made to feel very welcome, everything was scrumptious, and we all lived happily ever after. The end.
